SOOTHE LICORICE ROOT

Ingredients: Organic Licorice Root

Licorice root has some amazing benefits

*Calming

*great after dinner tea for digestion

*soothing for mouth ulcers & painful gums

*Cleansing & detoxing

*Fabulous for a sore throat

Warning: Not to be taken in larger quantities for long periods

Max 1-2 cups per day and then a suggested break after 1 month 

Suggested Brewing:

1 heaped teaspoon per cup into and infuser and steep for 3-5 minutes then remove the leaves and they can be reused for a later cup.
